Greta Wells gets electroshock therapy in 1985 after the death of her twin brother. When she awakens she is transported to her past self in 1918, as an adulterer just after the “Great War.” The next treatment takes her to her life in 1941, as a married woman at the beginning of WWII. And so it goes for 24 treatments that each of her lives is seen from a different perspective. The premise is great, the writing is great, I like the settings and the characters. I think it is a good book. I had some issues with second person at the beginning and end and also frustrations with Greta’s nonchalance at the events happening in her life, but overall it was a good, quick read.
